Length: Typically 300–600 mm, customizable up to over 1000 mm.
Width: Mainstream specifications include 90 mm, 120 mm, 180 mm, with a maximum of 200 mm.
Thickness: Generally 0.1 mm.
Special Specifications:
Some manufacturers offer customized services such as irregular cutting, multi-layer stacking, and special-use products, for example, insulating rubber sheets or anti-slip cork boards.
Struction:
The structure of a single-sided flexible printed circuit board (FPC) includes a substrate, a conductive layer, and a cover layer. Among these, the conductive layer is the most important part for establishing circuit connections and is usually fabricated on one side of the substrate.
Specific structural composition:
Substrate: The substrate of an FPC serves as the structural material supporting the entire circuit. It is usually made of polyimide (PI), which offers excellent flexibility and heat resistance.
Conductive layer: The conductive layer is the key component of FPCs, typically made of copper foil. It is responsible for the electrical conduction in the circuit and forms the required circuit patterns through photolithography and etching processes.
Cover layer: The cover layer is positioned above the conductive layer and usually consists of a protective film or coating. It protects the conductive layer and enhances insulation performance. Common cover materials include resin, paper, and similar substances.
Application :
Single-sided FPCs, due to their simple structure and lower manufacturing costs, are suitable for applications where the requirements for circuit connections are not very high. Common application fields include:
Consumer electronics: such as mobile phones, tablet computers, digital cameras, and similar devices.
Automotive electronics: used for internal connections and signal transmission within automobiles.

OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative):
Has a shelf life of 3–6 months under vacuum packaging with desiccant protection. However, if stored improperly (e.g., without desiccant or with insufficient vacuum sealing), the shelf life may shorten to around 3 months.
Immersion Gold (Chemical Gold Plating):
Shelf life can reach 6–12 months, provided that sealed packaging and desiccant are used.
