The manufacturing of printed circuit boards is mainly divided into four steps: design, plate making, printing, and welding.
1. Design: The software for designing PCB circuit boards is called circuit board design software. Designers should design PCB circuit boards according to equipment requirements, component characteristics and layout requirements.
2. Plate making: Transfer the designed circuit board to the screen. In this step, a manuscript needs to be made and graphically processed. Then perform CAM processing in the software and select the data.
3. Printing: Print the circuit diagram on the PCB board. By processing the circuit board, the circuit pattern is printed on a special substrate using a polymer chemical reaction method.
4. Welding: Welding includes plug-in welding and surface mount welding. In order to ensure high-quality welding, a high-performance welding machine is required for operation.
