The service life of PCB circuit boards is affected by many factors. Under normal use, if the electronic product runs smoothly, there are no harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, strong electromagnetic interference, and the circuit board is of good quality, its service life can reach 10-20 years. For example, the circuit boards of ordinary household TVs and refrigerators can work stably for a long time in a suitable environment. However, in complex environments such as industrial control and automotive electronics, the circuit boards are affected by frequent vibration, high temperature shock, and humidity changes, and their lifespan will be shortened, which may be only 5-10 years. In addition, if the circuit board is not designed properly, such as poor heat dissipation, resulting in long-term overheating, or frequent high current shocks, it will also accelerate aging and greatly reduce the lifespan.
