PCB storage conditions include temperature, humidity and anti-static, which directly affect the performance and life of PCB. Therefore, we need to understand these conditions and comply with the corresponding measures to ensure that the quality of PCB is not affected.
1. Temperature
PCB should be stored at room temperature. Excessive temperature will affect all components on the board, including line tracking layer, electrolytic capacitors, etc. The storage temperature should be controlled between 10 and 30 degrees Celsius.
2. Humidity
High humidity environment will make the PCB board moist, resulting in damage to the circuit board. Humid environment not only affects the life of PCB, but also easily presents static electricity. Therefore, when storing PCB, it is best to keep the humidity between 40% and 70%, preferably using a desiccant.
3. Anti-static
When handling PCB, you must be careful to avoid static electricity. Since static electricity can damage electronic components and the operation of the PCB itself, special attention should be paid. When touching PCB, you must wear anti-static gloves and use anti-static mats or metal floors.
